Jon Minter, DO
Jon Minter, DO is the director for the Wellmont Orthopedic Residency Program. Dr. Minter is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He obtained his doctor of osteopathy degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Mo. Dr. Minter completed his residency at Parkview Hospital in Toleda, Ohio. He completed a Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction Surgery and Joint Placement at Florida Orthopaedic Institute and an AO Trauma Fellowship in Davos, Switzerland and Tubingen, Germany. Dr. Minter’s special interest is the management of challenging revision reconstructive problems of the hip and knee. He also specializes in arthritis surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder to include arthroscopic management of common knee, hip and shoulder conditions. Dr. Minter is an orthopedic surgeon with Holston Medical Group in Kingsport, Tenn. |

Daniel Krenk, DO
Daniel Krenk, DO is the associate director for the Wellmont Orthopedic Residency Program. Dr. Krenk is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He obtained his doctor of osteopathy degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pa. Dr. Krenk completed his residency at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, Pa., and completed a Trauma Fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. Dr. Krenk is an orthopedic trauma surgeon with Wellmont Medical Associates in Kingsport, Tenn. |
