Residency program requirements
- Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy
- Tennessee
pharmacist’s license by Sept. 1

- Letter of intent
- Three letters of reference (following ASHP template)
- Copy of pharmacy school diploma
- Interview with residency committee
- Participation in the ASHP Resident Match program
