Cardiology Business Course - Establishing a Cardiovascular Product Line Agreement

Course Description: Presentations will include information on the strategic, operational, political, financial and legal implications and aspects of a product line agreement. Attorney Mike Carlson will present a 1 hour session on the various legal issues involved in setting up this type of arrangement. Attendees will receive copies of key documents reflecting the organization and operations of the CVA Management Agreement.

Course Length: Two day course

Enrollment: 1 client per course (up to 10 attendees)

Faculty: Physicians (cardiologists & CV surgeons), attorney Mike Carlson, practice senior management, hospital senior management and mid-level supervisors representing various areas of the cardiovascular product line.
