    90% lean ground beef ½ pound
    Red onion, chopped ¼ cup
    Feta cheese, crumbled ½ cup
    Kalmata olives, pitted, chopped, and halved ¼ cup
    Salt 1/8 teaspoon
    Freshly ground pepper to taste
    Olive oil 2 teaspoons
    Directions
    1. Combine beef through pepper in a medium bowl until well mixed. Shape into 2 burgers.
    2. Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place burgers on skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
