    Ingredients and Preparation

    Ingredients Measures
    Roma tomatoes 6 (or 3 large regular tomatoes)
    Onion, finely chopped ½ medium
    Garlic clove, finely minced 1
    Serrano or jalapeno peppers, finely chopped 2
    Cilantro, chopped 3 tablespoons  
    Oregano, finely crushed 1/8 teaspoon  
    Salt 1/8 teaspoon  
    Pepper 1/8 teaspoon  
    Avocado (black skin), diced ½
    Juice of 1 lime
    1. Combine all of the ingredients in a glass bowl.
    2. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve within 4 to 5 hours.
