    English cucumber, diced ½
    Pitted black olives, coarsely chopped ¼ cup
    Firm feta cheese, diced 4 ounces
    Croutons ¼ cup
    Greek salad dressing ¼ cup
    1. Arrange the lettuce on or two plates. Divide and arrange the tomato, cucumber, olives, feta cheese, and croutons in piles on top of the lettuce.
    2. Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve.
