    Breadcrumbs ½ cup
    Pecans, finely chopped ½ cup
    Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 2
    Butter, melted 1 tablespoon
    Cooking spray
    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. Combine breadcrumbs and pecans on a large plate and set aside. Brush both sides of the chicken with the melted butter, then coat the chicken in the pecan mixture.
    3. Transfer chicken to a baking dish coated with cooking spray and bake in oven until chicken is done, about 20-25 minutes.
