    Garlic clove, minced 1
    Fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon
    Sugar ½ teaspoon
    Chili powder 1 teaspoon
    Cumin 1 teaspoon
    Salt 1/8 teaspoon
    Freshly ground pepper to taste
    Olive oil 2 teaspoons
    Tilapia (or other white, flaky fish) filets ¾ pound
    Lime, sliced ½
    Directions
    1. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, lime juice, sugar, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture evenly over the filets.
    2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté fish 2-4 minutes per side, until just cooked through.
    3. Serve with sliced lime.
