If you believe bariatric surgery may be an option for you or would like more information, we invite you to attend our support group led by staff from the Comprehensive Weight Management Center.
Regular visits will allow you to meet others on the weight loss journey, hear interesting speakers and stay on track with your plan.
Topics include:
- New developments in surgical weight management
- Exercise: your health investment
- Stress management and positive coping
- Tips on holiday eating
- Body contouring after significant weight loss
- Family support
- Celebrating success and enjoying life after weight loss
Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month from 6-7 p.m. at the West Park Professional Building located at 914 Broad Street in Kingsport, Tenn. The building is located near the east end of Holston Valley Medical Center. Please enter the main door of West Park and follow the signs to the lower level classroom. No registration is needed, and meetings are a free service provided for you and your supportive family members or friends.
