Neurology Rehabilitation

The road to recovery from neurologic and nerve disorders or surgery is a challenging one. As part of our commitment to service excellence, Wellmont provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. You may need a certified physical therapist to help you regain strength and mobility, or a certified occupational therapist to help you get back to performing everyday tasks. You’ll also find a great deal of community support through outreach programs, classes, screenings and support groups at our Wellcare centers in Kingsport’s Fort Henry Mall and Bristol Mall.
