Wellness

The Wellmont Wellness Center is a hospital-based facility designed to address the needs of all members through specially trained health professionals that will design individualized fitness programs. A 53,000 square foot facility housing the latest in exercise/fitness equipment, the Wellness Center exists to provide health and wellness related services of the highest quality to its members. The staff is committed to recognizing that wellness is a life-long pursuit and therefore provides a variety of fitness opportunities for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Membership

Membership services include group exercise, racquetball, golf swing analyzer, sauna, steam room and discounts in specific programs. All contracts are one year memberships. If you choose to pay monthly, payments are by automatic bank draft (a $99 set-up fee will be applied). Membership includes identification card, Personal Wellness Profile, and program design. The enrollment fee for an annual membership is $50.

Individual: for members 14 years of age or older. A parent or guardian must sign if potential
member is under the age of 18 years.

Couple: a married couple, or parent and dependent child.

Family: married couple with dependent child/children, under age 22.
