Using MyWellmont, you can view test results that have been ordered by your provider and released to the patient portal. Please note some sensitive tests do not display in MyWellmont.
If you have concerns about your results, you can send a message to your provider through MyWellmont's message center.
There are two easy ways to sign up for MyWellmont:
Once you have created your unique MyWellmont user ID and password, you may then
log on to MyWellmont as a first-time user.
Remember, you must be a current or past patient and have a medical record at Wellmont Health System to register for and use MyWellmont.
