Triple Berry Cream Cheese Cake
Lemon flavored cheese cake topped with berries
Ingredients:
½ cup fat free cream cheese
¾ cup sugar, divided
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp lemon zest
1 cup flour
½ tsp baking soda
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
3 cups mixed berries
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat Cream cheese and ½ cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add egg whites and lemon zest; mix well. Mix flour and baking soda. Add to cream cheese mixture alternating w/ sour cream. Spray a 9-inch spring form pan with cooking spray. Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom and up sides of pan. Toss 2 cups berries with remaining sugar, spoon over cream cheese mix. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
