Cancer Resource Center
The American Cancer Society and the Wellmont Cancer Institute have partnered to offer the Cancer Resource Center at Kingsport Hematology Oncology. The Cancer Resource Center is available to help patients and their families learn more about the disease and the American Cancer Society's programs and services. Patients can also obtain wigs, hats, scarves, breast prostheses and mastectomy bras for free if they are undergoing treatment.
The Cancer Resource Center is open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and is staffed by survivor volunteers who have been recruited and trained by the American Cancer Society and the Wellmont Cancer Institute.
